Experience

Combining her qualifications in both law and mediation Tanjil has a range of experience across a variety of roles in Cairns and the Far North over the last 18 years. Currently, as well as managing Reach Mediation, Tanjil is a sessional lecturer in criminal law at James Cook University. Passionate about the outcomes achievable via mediation, Tanjil founded Reach Mediation to provide an accessible and affordable mediation service, conducted by qualified and experienced mediators.

Experience

Ana has lived in Cairns for 40 years and has a thorough understanding of the issues facing the region. She has 22 years experience in dispute resolution and is passionate about both mediating and training. She has delivered mediation training for the Dispute Resolution Centre (Department of Justice and Attorney General) across Queensland including in Cape York.

Experience

Shaune has been a practicing lawyer in and around Cairns for the last 14 years, the last 4 as Barrister specialising in family law.  Shaune has a Masters in Law and qualifications in mediation and family dispute resolution. He happily shares his extensive knowledge with students through his role as a sessional lecturer at JCU in Cairns.
